Autumn Rainstorm

Burlington, MA. October 7, 2009.

Today, a storm swept through, and I stood by my office window in awe. The rain blew across the parking lot in gusts of silvery strands. Orange leaves darkened and shone as day became like night.

When the storm was over, light erupted from all around, bathing the world in bright yellows and blues. I couldn’t resist sneaking out of the building and capturing the post-storm hues.
